Best Quartz manufactures Ongole, India . We have an Installed capacity to produce 70 container loads/ Month or Roughly 2,70,000 SFT / Month . We majorly produce slabs in 3cm thickness but depending on the need of the customer we have the flexibility to produce 20mm slabs too

Our molding line is automatic and is the latest version being offered by VEEGOO. The finished slabs measure 323cm x 162cm or 127 inch x 64 inch . The polishing happens on the latest Breton Polishing machine from Italy. We have so far produced more than 2100 slabs in this facility and exported close to 50 containers from our facility since its inception in November 2021

With the combination of skilled workforce and good machinery installed , we have been successful in producing slabs without bends , pits or any other issues. Our research and development wing has been successful in developing good colors matching with present trends in the Global markets. Moving forward, we are very positive that we will be able to develop a lot more colors in the near future.

1. Procurement

2. Raw Material Screening & Testing

All the raw materials are tested in our laboratory and grounded as per product parameters.

3. Batching & Mixing

The raw materials required for production are loaded into temporary storage units and are grinded to the mixing platform through an automatic convert system. Our process is completely computerized hence accurate.

4. Pressing and Heating

The material mixture is spread by a distribution system and is subjected to a pressure of about 9000 psi to form a solid cake. This cake is then heated and subsequently cooled. This facilitates the binding of powdered quartz with organic resins to form a solid surface.

5. Calibration And Polishing

The solid cakes are subjected calibration on both sides, trimmed to perfection and polished on our Breton polishing line.

6. Quality Inspection

After the slabs are polished they are inspected thoroughly by our quality experts team and grounded accordingly.

7. Packing and Printing

Each and every slab is wrapped with polyethene protection to safeguard it from scratches while handling custom labelling and color names are printed at the back of the slabs before they are packed in wooded crates for exports.
